The bike itself was fine, no real complaints there. But getting help was kind of a hassle. I asked what I thought was a simple question, and the staff seemed annoyed, which just made the whole experience feel awkward. I mean, it wasn’t the worst place I’ve been to or anything… I just didn’t feel very welcome

We rented bikes from Peddlers 30A they were in really good shape. Tires were full, brakes worked well, seats were clean, and nothing felt worn out or beat up. We rode them every day with zero issues. The only downside was our timing since we happened to be there during a busy stretch, so getting around town was a little more hectic than expected. Not their fault at all though. The bikes were solid and I’d rent from them again

I tried to buy a shirt, but the checkout page just kept spinning and taking ages to load. I waited around for a while thinking it would eventually go through, but I ended up giving up because it was so frustrating. it wasted my time, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or discount for the hassle

It’s a nice place overall, but the hours kind of caught me off guard. I went over later in the day when I was already mentally drained and just trying to get it done, and they were closed. I wish the website made the hours more obvious, or that they stayed open a bit longer

The service was fine and the bikes worked okay, but i felt like the price was a bit high for what you get. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just not the best value in my opinion.

I tried calling Peddlers 30A with a few questions before booking, and the first time nobody picked up. Not the end of the world, but it was a little frustrating when I was just trying to get a quick answer.

They did call me back later that day, and the person I spoke with was really nice and helpful. So I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just not exactly quick either.

I think it would be better if someone kept a closer eye on the phones during busy hours, because waiting around for basic info feels a bit ridiculous. Overall it was okay, but the response time could definitely be better.

We needed a lock for the bike rental and they had one available right away, which made things super easy. i probably should’ve thought about it ahead of time, so that’s on me, but there was no hassle at all and it made the whole rental go much smoother.

The motor also felt weaker than I’d hoped, especially on small inclines. If it were cheaper, I might be a little more forgiving, but at this price I expected much better performance.

We booked our bikes through peddlers30a.com and pickup was smooth. The place was easy to find, and they already had everything set aside for us when we got there, which was nice because we were trying to get going without turning it into a whole event.
The only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was a little busy when we showed up, so we had to wait a few minutes before someone could help us. Not a big deal though. Weirdly, I remember there was a single flip-flop sitting by the entrance the whole time, and nobody seemed to claim it. Overall, still a good, convenient experience for our trip.

The repair itself turned out okay, nothing amazing, but it got the job done!!! My main issue was how long it took!!! I was expecting it to be a bit quicker, so that part was frustrating!!!

We were able to grab bikes last minute, which was SUCH a relief. They didn’t have every size we were hoping for, but we still made it work and the whole process was easy.

I was really hoping they’d have more options for kids’ bike gear, but it felt limited. The selection for younger kids wasn’t great, and the add-ons we were looking for just weren’t there. Isn’t that kind of the stuff you expect to find if you’re shopping for a family ride?
